Vodafone Ready Messenger - Notice of Service Impacting Issue - RESOLVED

Dear Customer,

We would like to inform you that the issue on Vodafone Ready Messenger has been restored and the services are fully recovered.

The restart was successful and backlog of messages has been cleared.

If you are still encountering any issues, please raise this with Vodafone New Zealand Support Team.

Our engineers have isolated the issue and will be immediately restarting one of the connections which sends/receives messages.

There will be a loss of SMS service for up to 15 minutes.

We are currently experiencing connectivity issues with Vodafone Ready Messenger, as a result you may notice message delays or an inability to send and receive messages.
