We would like to inform you that the issue on One NZ Ready Messenger has been restored.
Event description: Connection incident at One NZ, preventing messages from the web portal and API's to be delivered to One NZ subscribers only.
Impacted Services: SMS/MMS/Email and delivering messages from the web portal and APIs to One NZ mobile numbers. All messages sent during this time were queued within the Ready Messenger platform and sent out following the restoration of the connection.
