We are continuing to monitor system performance, and will provide further updates once our investigation into the root cause is complete.

Our vendor has implemented mitigations, and services are now operating normally for traffic within New Zealand. However, international traffic to platform continues to experience degraded performance.

We are working closely with our vendor and actively monitoring the situation. We will provide further updates as they become available.

We are currently experiencing a service issue with One NZ Ready Messenger Messaging Platform.

Our hosting provider is currently experiencing a DDoS attack impacting parts of our infrastructure. We are actively working with them to resolve the issue.

Customers may experience intermittent access to our Web Portal and API services, increased latency, or temporary disruptions during mitigation.
