This is to notify you that mobile operator One NZ has informed us that there will be a scheduled maintenance for their network infrastructure involving their Firewall.

Please be informed that there will be a 45 minute network outage which will impact SMPP API (SMS, DLR, MO).

End of Event: 21/05/2026 23:45:00 NZST

If the maintenance period is extended or rescheduled for any reason, we will advise you accordingly.
